Annual hours saved use 48 working weeks. The calculator multiplies those hours by the fully loaded hourly cost to estimate annual time value. Annual tool cost is the monthly price multiplied by 12, and also by the employee count when the per-user pricing toggle is selected. Net ROI is annual time value minus annual tool cost. Across 48 working weeks, that becomes 216 hours saved. At $65 per hour, the annual time value is $14,040. The annual subscription cost is $31 × 12 × 3, or $1,116. Net ROI is therefore about $12,924.
